How manual payments work

Verified translators Draft before payment Local ETB payments
  1. When a translator accepts your order, pay the 30% prepayment so work can begin.
  2. Review the watermarked draft. Request up to 2 included revision rounds, or approve to continue.
  3. After approval, pay the remaining balance (plus any hardcopy delivery fee once the translator sets it).
  4. Transfer using bank transfer or Telebirr, then submit your transaction reference and receipt.
  5. A Translink administrator confirms your payment within 1–2 business days.
  6. Your final digital document and certificate of accuracy are released. Confirm hardcopy delivery when applicable.
